Land Acquisition
We are seeking development land throughout North Leinster and Dublin. Our priority is for residential zoned land with or without planning permission on site of 10 units or over, with no maximum limit. However land outside of this criteria may also be of interest.
If you are a Landowner or Agent dealing with or aware of potential development land that may be of interest to Ashcroft Developments on a direct acquisition or joint venture basis then we would be pleased to hear from you.

We’re excited to share that our main office has recently undergone a fantastic renovation! The first floor has been transformed to include additional offices and modern workstations, creating a more collaborative and efficient environment for our growing team. The upgrade was celebrated with great enthusiasm, marking a new chapter for Ashcroft Developments as we continue to expand and improve how we work. Christmas Jumper Day on the 17th of December 2025 Ashcroft Developments is happy to announce the Christmas Toy Appeal Collection Closure, it was very successful this year!!! Our Christmas Jumper Days were a resounding success, thanks to the incredible kindness of our employees. The outpouring of donations was truly heart-warming and demonstrated the true spirit of the holiday season. Every contribution made a difference, allowing us to support children in need in hospital this Christmas. Toys will be distributed out to Saoirse Women’s Refuge, Focus Ireland and Children’s Ward, Tallaght Hospital.
